Sydney Adventist Hospital-Emergency Unit @ Wahroonga

JSE steel completed works to an existing hospital building involving underpinning of existing concrete slabs to demolish walls.  Large UC members weighing upto 1000 kg were installed without cranes within the constraints of a live site.  Limited access and coordinating mechanical lifts with other trades present added to the challenge all the while adhering to the sensitve nature of the site.

Lakes Hotel @ Roseberry

JSE has completed steelwork to the refurbished Lakes Hotel at Roseberry.   The project consisted of modification and installation to existing steelwork, fabrication of steel for the glass artrium framing, plant platforms, steel firestairs and walkways.  Due to the confines of the site steel had to be manually entered and erected.

Le Maison Apartments @ Gordon

JSE completed works to this multi story residential apartment consisting of structural steel roof and purlins, steel pergolas plant platform, firestair handrails and bollards.  Works were completed within the confines of the limited loading area requiring coordinated scheduling with the builders program.

War Memorial Pool @ Parammatta

JSE fabricated and erected steelwork to an exisiting heritage facility.  Works included site welding of piers and reinforcing bars, roof structural steel, plant room and mechanical plant platforms.  Works to the existing heritage building consisted of underpinning of slabs, reinforcing wall penetrations and rectification of damaged heritage gates and security grills.

Cook and Phillip Park @ Sydney

This project consisted of steel framing to the 80 metre long walkway over a reflection pond and tiered podium seating made up of over 200 individual frames assembled to tight tolerances for installation of hardwood decking.  Steel over the reflection pond was finished with a propriety paint system suitable to severe coastal environments applied in house.
