Day Labour Hire

JSE can provide experienced labour to complete works at short notice from rectifying non conforming handrails to detailed structural installations.  Each crew has their own vehicle and a comprehensive range of equipment to undertake works to your requirements.  All works are inspected by an experienced site supervisor prior to commencement to ensure the client receives the required result.  Materials, shop drawings and cranage can be coordinate seamlessly to avoid any delays to your project.

Erection and Sitework

JSE Engineering employ inhouse erection crews to complete the final process.  A site supervisor will inspect the site and prepare erection sequencing and coordinate steel deliveries with the workshop manager to ensure continuity of the erection process.

Fabrication and Painting

Our workshop is located in Ingleburn NSW 45 minutes from the Sydney CBD, Wollongong and the blue Mountains with easy access to the M5 and M7.  We utilise large capacity NC processing and cutting equipment that allows seamless coordination with the detailing and fabrication section to ensure timely delivery of steel work to site.    Painting is undertaken inhouse to cut out delays in waiting for third parties with extra deliveries and extended lead times.

Structural Steel Detailing

JSE uses the latest version of Strucad Detailing Software to produce 3D parametric models for accurate fabrication and timely delivery of steel to site.  Detailed erection plans, holding down bolts plans and perspective drawings can be issued to the client without delay.  We are available to attend design meetings to clarify any issues prior to the project commencing and issue perspective drawings or even 3d models to highlight any problems that may arise.
